Bernadine Enlund

Bernadine Enlund, age 85, of Brainerd, passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at Essentia-St Jospeh’s Medical Center. Bernadine was born on March 10, 1938, in Sleepy Eye, to George & Anna (Marquardt) Helget. She married Cedric Enlund.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Deborah (Glenn) Barney, Jennifer (Daniel) Anderson, Norbert (Jan) Kraus, Barabara (George) Taylor, Carol Alexander; stepdaughter, DeAnna (Daniel) Washek; sister-in-law, Novella Zimbrick; 10 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Bernadine is preceded in death by her parents; beloved husband, Cedric; brothers, Richard, Nobert, Marvin and Jerome; sister, Imo Gene Jagow; brother-in-law, Cecil (Judy) Enlund.

Funeral service for Bernadine will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 10AM at First Baptist Church in Baxter. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment at Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery.

Memorials are preferred.
