David Anthony Olson

David Anthony Olson, age 72, passed away on December 9, 2016 at his home in Brainerd, MN. David was born on May 25, 1944 in Robbinsdale, MN to Kathleen (Hanley) and Clarence Olson. David married Patricia L. Shaw on June 7, 1969 in Silver Bay, MN and together they had three children.

Dave will be deeply missed by his children, Tanya Olson, St. Cloud, MN; Tiffany (Dan) Plaisted, Marble, MN; Todd (Amie Ramsdell) Olson, Brainerd, MN; grandchildren, Kenneth; Jonathan; Jeremiah; Christopher; Travis; DreAnna; Samantha; Todd Jr.; Mychelle; David; and Tristan; two great-granddaughters, Niya; Citinao; two great grandsons, Xzavier and Ash; mother, Kathleen Olson, Mpls, MN; siblings, Dan (Sue) Olson, Tom (Karen) Olson, Jeanette (Bill) Antoski, Louise (Garnz) Wilson, and Diane Duffy; sister-in-law, Sharon (Gary) DeRosier, Brainerd, MN.

David is preceded in death by his father, Clarence; wife Patricia; and brother, Kevin.

Services for David will be held on Monday, December 12, 2106 at 7:00pm at Halvorson Johnson Funeral Home-BAXTER CHAPEL. Visitation from 5:00-7:00pm also at the funeral home.

Interment will take place at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery, Little Falls, MN.
