Donald Dague

Donald L. Dague, age 94, of Staples (formerly of Bertha) passed away on September 26, 2018 at the Lakewood Health System in Staples. He was born on March 9, 1924 to Josephine (Fobes) and Milford Dague in Glyndon, MN. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Hollis; and sister, Ruth Stave. He will be deeply missed by his wife, Bertie of Staples; sons, Donald (Nancy) of Galesburg, KS, Larry (Debbie) of Wadena; daughter, Carolyn (Ron) Kaylor of Coon Rapids; grandchildren, Stacy (Dwight) Parker of Lignum, Virginia, Chris (Cari) Dague of Glen Rose, Texas, Haven (Paul) Habermann of Coon Rapids, Beau Kaylor of Coon Rapids; great grandchildren, Allie, Christian, Caleb, Madison, Morgan, Makenzie, Nicole and Elsie; brothers, Gordon Dague of Salem, Oregon, Everett (Joyce) Dague of Hibbing, and Joe (El) Dague of Shingle Springs, California; sister, Glee (John) Moyer of Verndale. A Memorial service for Don will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday , October 6, 2018 at the Staples Alliance Church, 1512 8th St. NE, Staples with Pastors Bob Hepokoski and Daryl Jacobson officiating. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Dessert fellowship will follow the service.
