Dorothy Margaret Johnson

Dorothy M. Johnson passed away on Tuesday, February 27th at the age of 101.

Dorothy Margaret (Coulter) Johnson was born Oct. 6, 1922, to Gaylord and Elsie Coulter in Milbourne, Iowa the 4th of 5 children. She married Bill Johnson on Feb 12, 1944. They farmed and together ran Bill Johnson Imp. for many years. After retirement Dorothy volunteered at Bethany Good Samaritan and Dorcas. She was an active member of Bethel Lutheran and one of the driving forces to help reopen the church.

Dorothy will be remembered by her children, Rose Mary & Butch Segler, Marvin & Roseann Johnson and Jim & Chole Ann Johnson, all of Brainerd; 10 grandchildren; 12 great; and 8 great great. Preceeding her in death were her husband of 60 years; her parents; her 4 siblings; an infant daughter; and 1 great grandchild.

Funeral services for Dorothy will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, March 2, 2023, at Bethel Lutheran Church in Brainerd with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment Bethel Cemetery.
