Evelyn Margaret Erickson

Evelyn Margaret Erickson, age 104, of Brainerd, and a longtime resident of Diamond Willow, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 at Lakewood Care Center in Staples. Evelyn was born on May 22, 1915, on a farm near Motley, to Charles & Julie (Peterson) Lenberg. She married Clarence Erickson, on August 18, 1951. They made their home in Brainerd. She was a member of the Community Covenant Church. Evelyn worked for Cathedral Press and Evangel Wedding Services. Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Jule LaDouceur; grandchildren: Jody Ingram, Michael (Renee) LaDouceur, Sheri Lapinoja, Jamie (Brenda) LaDouceur, Tory Sjodin and Chris (Denise) Sjodin; 9 great grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren. Evelyn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Clarence; daughter, Joan M. Sjodin; five brothers; 2 sisters. Graveside services for Evelyn will be private.
