Jan Nygaard

Jan Marie Nygaard was born on August 5, 1969 and died unexpectedly on April 7, 2019. She loved life, her family and friends. She was always there for people who needed her. She is survived by her daughter, Mikala Doughty; parents, Fred & Karen Nygaard; sisters, Dawn (Dan) Pettit, Danielle (Pete) Hines; nieces, Maddison Beach, Nevaeh Beach, Taylor Hines, Ashley (Jake) Sweet; special friend, Mike Stanford; dog, Harley Quinn; extended family, Gene (Diane) Francis, Blair (Ruth) Francis, Dave Nygaard, and Carol Swift. There will a celebration of life at the Brainerd VFW from 12-3 PM on Saturday April 27. All are welcome! Arrangements are with the Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center in Brainerd, MN.
