Janet H. Anderson

Janet H. Anderson., age 85, of Baxter passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2022, at Essentia-St Joseph's Medical Center. Janet was born in St Paul, Minnesota on September 14, 1938. She married the love of her life, Harold Anderson on June 15, 1958.

Janet loved music. She was very active with the music department at her church, Zion Lutheran. She sang, played the piano and the keyboard. Harold was stationed in Hawaii for the US Navy, and Janet absolutely loved living there. She was fantastic at needlework, until her vision failed.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 65 years, Harold; children, Eric Anderson, Christian Anderson, Matthew (Lisa) Anderson and Amy Anderson; grandchildren, Amanda (Nicholas) David, Isaac and Aubrey; 4 great-grandchildren.

Janet is preceded in death by her parents, Art and Erna (Wieseki) Hilpert; brother, Ted Hilpert.

A memorial service for Janet will be held on Thursday, November 30, 2023, at 11AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Brainerd. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. The burial will be at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Bertha.
