Jon Irvin Morrow

Jon Irvin Morrow age 52 of Cushing, passed away on October 24, 2023, on his 52nd birthday at Astera Health in Wadena, MN. He was born in Detroit Lakes, MN on October 24, 1971 to Janet (Dumpprope) and James Morrow. Jon graduated from Staples-Motley High School and attended one year of trade school at Central Lakes College. Jon will be remembered for his outgoing personality and his ability to tell stories. He enjoyed the great outdoors, hunting, fishing, and water sports. Jon worked for many years in Auto sales and service.

A memorial service for Jon will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 2, 2023, at the Motley Free Methodist Church with Pastor Jim Johnson, officiating. Gathering of family and friends one hour prior to the service.

Jon is preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Morrow; father, James Morrow; stepfather, Gilbert Aguirre; father-in-law, Dan Willette; paternal grandparents, Florence and Irvin Morrow; material grandparents, Milford and Mardell Dumpprope.

Jon will be deeply missed by his son, Jacob; daughter, Jordyn Hamilton; mother, Janet Aguirre; brother, Timothy Morrow; sister, Monica (Stephen) Breitel; niece and nephew, Landon and Emily Breitel; also many other family members and friends.
