Kia Dause

Kia Ann (Holsapple) Dause, age 45, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2020 at the St Cloud Hospital. Kia was born in Staples to Richard and Lois (Turner) Holsapple on June 22, 1974. She graduated from Pillager High School in 1993. Kia worked at Clow Stamping. Left to cherish her memory are her significant other, Mike Lempa; parents, Richard and Lois; brother, Troy (Tina) Holsapple; nieces, Madison and Kailey Holsapple; uncles: Tom (Diane) Holsapple, Clarence Turner; cousins: Dana Holsapple, Brian (Bobbie) Holsapple, Dan (Kathy) Rignell, Mark (Jessica) Turner, Debbie Knowles, Teri (Tom) Savage, Jason Turner, Sherri Lucus; many other relatives and friends. Kia is preceded in death by her grandparents, Tyra and Elsie (Beck) Turner, Laverne Holsapple; uncle, Ralph Turner. In order to protect the families we serve, our staff and guests, Halvorson Taylor Funeral Home has set in place policies and procedures for a walk by visitation to be held from 11AM-2PM on Saturday, May 2, 2020 at the Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center. This will be following the Governor’s order. A six feet distance will be maintained during the entire visitation. Staff will be present to make sure the distancing requirements are maintained.
