Mary Carper

Mary Ellen Carper, age 74, of Merrifield, passed away unexpectedly in Richfield, Utah on October 11, 2019. Mary was born the third of six children on February 11, 1945 in Worthington, MN to Hank & Viola (Wasmund) Meinders. She grew up in Worthington and graduated the class of 1963. She married Jimmie Carper on June 14, 1964, and together they have a son, Robert. Mary worked for Snow White Laundry, and Super One Grocery Store. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 55 years, Jimmie; son, Robert; siblings: Carol Pospisil, Rosalie (Bill) Eylens, Jerry (Carol) Meinders, Connie Ostrem and Pam (Douglas) Hartman. Mary is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral Service for Mary will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 at 11AM at Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center, 512 S 8th St., Brainerd. Visitation will be one-hour prior to the service. Interment will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery.
