Mary Ellen Anderson

Mary Ellen (Kostas) Anderson, age 76, of Baxter, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2024, at Bethany-Good Samaritan Society. Mary was born in Minneapolis on March 25, 1948, graduating from Minneapolis Central High School in 1966. She married Gregory A. Anderson, and together they had four children. Mary worked for H&R Block for 30+ years.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 57 years, Greg, Sr, children: Greg Anderson, Jr, Michael Anderson, Sara (Jim) Loschko and Brett Anderson; grandchildren: Amanda (Kyle Wiese) O’Hotto, Eric Loschko, Jack Loschko, Jordyn Anderson and Peyton Anderson.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, Michael & Sarah (Hooker) Kostas.

Funeral service for Mary will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 11AM at Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
