Michael D. Sherhag

Michael Don Sherhag (Duck), age 76 passed away at home in Baxter, Minnesota on May 28, 2022. Mike was born on June 29, 1945 in Canton, Ohio. Mike spent his early years traveling the country; he married Kathy Torbron in 1969 and lived in Oregon, for a time before finally settling in Minnesota. He lived in Carver, MN for 26 years before moving to Baxter, MN in 2020. Mike was an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and woodworker. He was always learning something new and loved to share his knowledge and wisdom with others. Mike had a generous heart and went out of his way to help others in any way he could.
Mike is survived by his wife, Kathy Sherhag, son, Jacob Sherhag and his partner Anna Willms, and many nieces and nephews.
Mike was preceded in death by his brothers Richard Sherhag, Tom Sherhag, and Larry Sherhag.
Mike will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure to know him.
