Ronnie Lee Naples was born to Tommy and Dorothy Naples in San Francisco on March 8th, 1959. Ron enjoyed music from a very early age. He got his first guitar at about 10 years of age. He attended High School in Coon Rapids, MN. He graduated and went on to school in Minneapolis to become a sound man. He toured with many bands. Ron and his brother, Steve made demo tapes in the recording studio at their home. Not only did they record their own music, but also recorded for local bands in the Brainerd Lakes Area. For the last five years of Ronnie’s life, he made the wiring harnesses for Glacier Ice Fishing Houses.
Anyone that knew Ron, knew his dry sense of humor and that sly mischievous grin that he had. That “Got Cha” smile of his. Ronnie is survived by three of his children, Jesse Naples, Britnie Soderholm, and Andrew Wetzel. He is also survived his mother, Dorothy Naples; his brother, Steven Naples; and three nephews, Sean, Matt, and Justin Naples. Ronnie was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Naples; his daughter, Trisha Hahn; his sister, Deanna Naples; and nephew, Joe Johnson.
We love and miss you, Ronnie. Rest in Peace.
