Roy Sweet

Roy Allan Sweet, age 70, of Brainerd, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at St Gabriel’s Hospital in Little Falls. Roy was born in Brainerd to George & Minnie (Hagenbart) Sweet. Roy enjoyed car racing and deer hunting. Left to cherish his memory are his fiancé, Roxanne Bajula; stepchildren, Kristina (Bill) Heikkila and Paul Britton; grandson, William Britton; brother, Floyd (Pat) Sweet; sister, Shirley Sweet; nieces and nephews. In order to protect the families we serve, our staff and guests, Halvorson Taylor Funeral Home has set in place policies and procedures for a walk by visitation to be held from 4PM-5PM on Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at the Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center. This will be following the Governor’s order. A six feet distance will be maintained during the entire visitation. Staff will be present to make sure the distancing requirements are maintained.
