Stephen Bruce Long

Stephen Bruce Long died August 28, 2023, at the age of 87. Stephen was born January 5, 1936, in Quincy, Illinois. He was the son of Harley and Margaret Long. Stephen wrote the following obituary and requested that it be published exactly as he wrote it.

I was born, lived, and died (In that order). I greatly enjoyed playing the piano, reading mysteries, and keeping up on current events, but hated fishing. I deeply loved my family and friends. It was a good life and at least I meant well.

At the insistence of Stephen B. Long, there will be no funeral or memorial service.
