Tammy Wade

Tammy Jo Wade (Moberg) born June 30, 1977 died at home unexpectedly at age 40 from a brain aneurysm on April 25th, 2018. Born and raised in Brainerd all her life, she touched the lives of many. Tammy was a beautiful, creative, artistic, God fearing, loving and generous person. She loved the “holistic” ways of life, the beauty of nature especially rocks, rainbows and butterflies. She was proud to have graduated from Brainerd High School in 1995 and loved to help people. If someone needed something she would give “the shirt off her own back.” She is preceded in death by her mother, “Cindy” Moberg and grandfather, James Denniston. She will be sadly missed by her sons, Alexander Moberg and Gabriel Swift, and daughter Grace Moberg; grandmother, Norma Denniston; father, Terry Moberg; siblings, Lee (Leny), Kurt (Julie) Moberg, Brenda (Mike) Itner and Chantelle Leonard (nephew, Keaton Kearney); boyfriend, Charlie Koob; and many others who loved her.
