Thomas "Andy" Anderson

Thomas “Andy” Anderson 73-year-old resident of Nisswa, MN passed away on November 2, 2019 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM on Monday, November 18 at Halvorson Taylor Funeral Home in Brainerd, MN. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Andy was born on November 8, 1945 in Minneapolis, MN to William and Vivian Anderson. In 1966 he enlisted in the US Army. He was united in marriage to Diane Anderson on October 21, 1978 at the Fort Snelling Chapel in Minneapolis. Andy worked in the automotive industry as a salesman and in management. His hobbies included golf, playing the guitar, reading, fishing & boating. Andy was an avid outdoorsman. He will be remembered as jovial and for his sense of humor. Andy is survived by his wife, Diane Anderson; sons, Judd (Katherine) Anderson, Erick Anderson; brothers, Warren (Donna) Anderson, Jim (Susie) Anderson, and Jon (Kim) Anderson. He is preceded in death by his parents. Arrangements are with Halvorson Taylor Funeral Home in Brainerd.
