Tyra Laho

Tyra Ann Laho, age 18, passed away on Monday December 19, 2022. Tyra was born in Monticello to Heidi Bratt and Ryan Laho, on January 22, 2004.

The Tyra we knew and loved was a beautiful, vibrant free-spirited child. She was full of life, affecting everyone around her. She was a loyal, passionate friend always full of contagious laughter. Her energy radiated to those around her. Her smile lit up the room. She loved everything around her to be organized and neat & having long conversations.

Tyra was gifted at drawing. She had a love for music and healing crystals. She had a soft spot for animals and babies. Family always came first for her.

Life was not easy on her, and she fought against addiction for many years. Addiction took her and her soul away from her loved ones. She leaves behind many years of vibrant memories for the ones closest to her.

Left to cherish her memory are her mom, Heidi Bratt (Tyler Rosnau), dad, Ryan Laho (Kristin); siblings: Aspen, Ashlyn, Trey, Braylon, Bella, Kayson Laho-Milbrandt, and Rylan Rosnau; grandparents, Maria Bratt and Richard & Barbara Laho; several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Tyra is preceded in death by her grandfather, Gregory Bratt.

Funeral service for Tyra will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at 11AM at Halvorson Taylor Life Events Center. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
