Verna Hoffmann

Verna Marie Hoffmann, age 96, of Brainerd, MN, passed away on November 25, 2015.

Verna is preceded in death by her husband, Ray; parents, Sam and Emma Varner; siblings, Al Varner, Gladys Stinson, Fritz Hivley, Bess McWilliams, Gale Varner and Dick Varner.

Verna will be deeply missed by her children, Steve (Harriet) Hoffmann of Brainerd, Katherine Hoffmann of Brainerd and Virginia (Ron) Crow of Bloomington; grandchildren, Jeff, Lisa, Katrina, Caitlyn; great grandchildren, Justin, Kelsey, Emma, Anna and Natale; also nieces and nephews.

Verna enjoyed crafting, baking, crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with her family.

A Celebration of Verna’s life will be held 11:00AM Monday, November 30, 2015 at Park United Methodist Church in Brainerd with visitation 10:00-11:00AM.

Interment will be at the Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
